The Underground Fitness & Martial Arts (TUFMMA) establishment is a family gym, situated in Linden (Johannesburg). If you are looking for a gym to partner with on your fitness journey, then why not consider TUFMMA where we offer:

Children’s Training Programme (3 to 6) 

  • Suited for ages 3 to 6 years old.
  • Establishes a strong sports foundation through enjoyable activities.
  • Places emphasis on strength, flexibility, and coordination development, alongside introducing basic Mixed Martial Arts techniques in a safe, supportive setting.
  • Boosts your child’s confidence, motor skills, and teaches valuable life lessons.

Children’s  Training Programme (7 to 10) 

  • Suited for ages 7 to 10.
  • Emphasizes fundamental Mixed Marial Arts skills.
  • Teaching the responsible use of MMA for self-defense and protecting others.
  • Instills self-discipline, respect, and teamwork, alongside practical techniques for handling bullying situations without violence.
  • Improves a childs confidence and courage in navigating social challenges, equipped with tools for success, inside and outside the gym.

Children’s Training Programme (11 to 14)

  • Suited to ages 11 to 14.
  • Offers a comprehensive mix of techniques from Wrestling, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai.
  • Provides a balanced training approach suitable for MMA enthusiasts and those aiming to improve rugby conditioning.
  • Designed to enhance strength, agility, and coordination – essential qualities for success in sports.

Combat Fitness

  • Fitness programme for everybody.
  • Utilises boxing and kickboxing techniquest help you gain greater fitness and improved body tone.

Mixed Martial Arts Programme 

  • Learn wrestling, grappling, boxing, kickboxing and striking skills in a fun environment.
  • Offers a comprehensive mix of techniques from Wrestling, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai.
  • Provides a balanced training approach suitable for MMA enthusiasts and those aiming to improve rugby conditioning.

Self Defense Training

  • Join our empowering self-defense classes designed for all skill levels.

Toning and Conditioning
