Attila Barna been in the fitness industry for over four decades, and has helped many people of all ages develop a better understanding of what their bodies are capable of. He is a well known coach in the sports and fitness industry, amongst professional and amateur athletes.

Attila Barna’s name has become synonymous with a no-nonsense, yet compassionate, approach to training. Attilia Barna is known on the MMA circuit for his toughness and discipline as well as dry sense of humour.
